ARTICLE 1- GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1- The PURCHASER declares that he has read the preliminary information about the contracted product on the website www.alltimestravel.com and that he is informed and gives the necessary confirmation in electronic environment.

1.2- The product shall be delivered within 7 days from the date of the contract. All responsibility for the delivery of the product belongs to www.alltimestravel.com.

1.3- For delivery of the product subject to the contract, the price of this contract must be paid in the form of payment preferred by the BUYER. If, for any reason, the product price is not paid or canceled in bank records, www.alltimestravel.com is deemed to be free from the obligation to deliver the product.

1.4- All responsibilities arising from the unfair or unlawful use of the credit card belonging to the BUYER after the delivery of the product by the unauthorized persons arising from / not caused by the BUYER’s fault belong to the BUYER.

1.5- For orders made by bank or postal order; The order price stated on www.alltimestravel.com must be submitted in full. All kinds of deductions, transaction fees and taxes that are put into effect by the bank with which the BUYER is contracted are fully owned by the BUYER.

1.6- www.alltimestravel.com may cancel the order at any time without informing the BUYER.

1.7- For orders made by bank or postal order; If the fee of the related product or service ordered in the time passed during the delivery of the required amount to www.alltimestravel.com, the BUYER shall be charged at the said new price. The BUYER is responsible for keeping track of price changes for the product listed on www.alltimestravel.com. Only if the BUYER proves that the transaction date of the payment order given to the bank to which it has contracted is before the price change date of the product in question, the price of the product on the day of the order is accepted and the payment is made according to the said price.

1.8- All products ordered from www.alltimestravel.com, appearing on the customer panel of the member customer and not yet paid; If the payment is not made within 7 days from the date of the order, the BUYER shall be deemed to have withdrawn from the sale and the sale shall be stopped.

1.9- The PURCHASER shall not share the product purchased on its own or non-own web site, private and P2P (Peer to Peer) networks, public or private forum sites, via e-mail and torrent networks, will not upload the product to any digital media, will not sell on a website that does not belong or does not distribute as a promotional product with various campaigns, the web site agreed with www.alltimestravel.com will not be used on any other site. ARTICLE 2- PRODUCT FEATURES

The file size, the software infrastructure to which it is compatible, the current version number, the browsers it is compatible with, and any other attributes not specified in this agreement may vary with the product to be sent to the BUYER. However, if these differences affect the use of the purchased product, www.alltimestravel.com guarantees that it will make the necessary arrangements free of charge. The BUYER is deemed to have accepted such differences when purchasing the product.

2.2- Images, gallery items and / or PDF documents that represent the general appearance of the product sold may be different from the demo site where the product is displayed depending on the product update. The BUYER is deemed to have accepted the demo site where the product is actively displayed instead of the visuals in question.

2.3- It is assumed that the BUYER has technical infrastructure, cognitive requirements, general usage and technical information of the product to be purchased. The BUYER is responsible for installation, activation and usage problems that may occur due to technical deficiencies of the BUYER. Unless stated on the sales page of the product in www.alltimestravel.com, technical support is not provided for such problems or an agreement is reached with the BUYER against the fee to be determined.

2.4- If the sold product has any assistance and installation document, the PURCHASER agrees to obtain and apply the necessary technical information related to the product purchased by referring to the said document (s). Www.alltimestravel.com is the initiative of informing and assisting the BUYER about the issues not mentioned in the documents related to the product.

2.5- The paid / unpaid technical service received for any product, if agreed with the BUYER on the date, shall be applied until the agreed date. Otherwise, the PURCHASER shall be deemed to accept that the technical service may be delayed according to the workload and working hours of the employees of www.alltimestravel.com, can be transferred to another date with or without notifying the PURCHASER or can be canceled completely.

2.6- If installation service is provided in addition to the product sold, the installation is performed and delivered in accordance with the demo site of the product. All digital items requested by the BUYER to be added / installed except the content and images on the demo site are rejected. Furthermore, the provisions of the date specified for installation are subject to the obligations set out in Article 2.5.

The buyer is responsible for all kinds of software particles to be added to his website and www.alltimestravel.comt cannot be held responsible for the problems that may arise from these software.

2.8- The BUYER is responsible for the installation and configuration of all paid / unpaid updates provided with the product purchased. Www.alltimestravel.com cannot be held responsible for any problems that may arise from not using the current version of the product purchased.

2.9- The BUYER is obliged to learn and compare the technical requirements of the product he / she will buy. All the responsibilities arising from the inability of the hosting company, the domain name company to meet the technical infrastructure of the product belong to the PURCHASER and cannot take part in www.alltimestravel.com as a means of solving problems. The BUYER is deemed to have accepted that it will solve all hosting and domain name problems with the company from which it receives services.

2.10- If the product sold and any technical service is provided free of charge; In order to benefit from the technical support, the BUYER has to submit the software source code of the product purchased to www.alltimestravel.com in accordance with the original product. The BUYER is responsible for any problems that may arise from any changes made in the software source code of the product and the technical support service is not provided to the BUYER who made any changes in the software source code of the product purchased.

ARTICLE 3 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The consumer may not exercise his right of withdrawal in the following contracts:

Contracts for services rendered in electronic environment or for royalties delivered immediately to the consumer.

If the consumer purchases any digital content, technical protection measures that will affect the functionality of the digital content, and information on which hardware or software the digital content can work with is known to the SELLER, or which the SELLER is expected to know reasonably, that the purchased product is available on www.alltimestravel.com is included in the promotional content on the page.
